For the second time this season Comber suffered at the hands of Ballynure - like the first league encounter the match would end in a 5-0 defeat for the Rec lads. The Rec lads looked uncomfortable against a strong physical opposition who, when presented with chances in front of goals made no mistakes. Three nil down at the break the Rec lads will have no complaints with the final outcome.
Following on from one of their best performances this season against League leaders South City this match was bitterly disappointing for all concerned. Everyone accepting that this below par performance was not acceptable, and know that come the 29th December they will have the opportunity to respond in a positive manner.
